DRAGONADOPTERS GAME RULES
- You are responsible for your own account. Do NOT share your login password with anyone else. If your computer is shared, log out when you've finished playing.
- Anyone found trying to obtain another user's password for what ever reason will recieve a permanent ban.
- Users found having two accounts on the game will be permanently banned from playing the game.
- Any kind of abuse of a personal nature against another player will not be tolerated. That includes disrespecting, flaming, bashing, group insulting, trolling, rudeness, swearing, religious or political disagreements, sexism, racism or violence of any kind.
- SPAMMING and ADVERTISING other sites, adoptables and your dragons in game newstopics and PMs is not allowed. This includes level up requests, begging for views and clicks, sending other people your dragonpage links and dragon images, begging for resources or dragon coins and asking to be dragon friends. Breaking this rule will result in a first warning being issued, while second warning will get your PM privilages revoked, meaning you will not be able to send PMs anymore.
- To safeguard our younger members, PM's asking for personal information, such as asking a persons real name, age, where they live etc. will be treated seriously and will result in a ban.
- Manipulating or affecting the game in any way, with special scripts that affect the gameplay and change original game parameters IS NOT ALLOWED. If you want to make your own custom script, then get in touch with Thaz and work out some deal. If you want to help to improve the game, then go to Dragonadopters Forum or get in touch with a Moderator/Administrator.
- Automated methods of gaining/giving clicks, including use of scripts and/or browser addons can seriously effect server efficiency and fairness of gameplay, and therefore are not permitted. If you are caught using any of these methods, you will be warned and/or banned.
- Selling ingame items, resources, backgrounds, images, dragons or accounts for real money profit is strictly prohibited! This includes any other scamming reasons. We're not responsible for any financial damages that might occur. DO NOT fall for these SCAMS because users who are seen doing this will be permanently banned.
- Dragonadopters does not support trading Dragon Coins with ingame items, resources, dragons or accounts. This action will lead to taking away your receive/send coins option.
- If you wish to sell commissions for DC please use the Dragon Coin Commissions board on the forum where you can also find the Commission Sales Rules.
- We reserve the right to change these rules at any time with or without notification to registered users.
- Upon registering to Dragonadopters Game, you agree to follow all these rules including any future changes to them.
ART UPLOADING GUIDELINES AND RULES
- Any artwork uploaded as a Custom Background will be made available in the Background Auction and available for all to use. All members who upload their images must understand that their work will be distributed in this manor and by uploading they're accepting this condition.
- Artwork uploaded in the Dragonadopters Gallery is visible to all users and subject to certain guidelines as described in the Game Guide.
- Uploading mature and/or inappropriate Custom Backgrounds, Custom Avatars and Dragonadopters Fanart will lead to those uploading privileges being revoked so you cannot upload them anymore and the offending images removed. This includes any images that flash rapidly or change colors fast, as this can cause seizures and other issues. Also real life photos of people are included as inappropriate.
- Copying or stealing art is not allowed and anyone caught stealing art and passing it off as their own will be dealt with accordingly. All artwork submitted as a background must be entirely your own work and copyrighted material cannot be used in its creation. Avatar and DrA fanart images must be either your own work or you must have permission from the original artist for its use. All images found to be breaking these rules will be removed.
- Additional rules and guidelines regarding uploading backgrounds can be found on the forum here.
- Please use the report button for violations regarding avatars, backgrounds and fanart images. DO NOT abuse this button, otherwise you will lose your reporting privilages.
- We reserve the right to refuse to give uploading privileges to anyone we believe, or suspect, to be using art not their own.
ART THEFT & PLAGIARISM
POSTING RULES
- No Double-Posting. Posting more than once in a row is not permitted. Editing newscomments is not possible after posting.
- No click spam or adoptable spam allowed. This includes asking for visits or people to check your dragonpage, posting your dragonpage links or adoptables of any kind.
- Posting links of any kind is not permitted and no advertising. The ingame news board is for game news only.
- No off topic spam. Only post when responding to the news comments. Posting randomly will result in appropriate action taken.
- No emote spam. Do not use more than 5 dragon emotes in a row.
- Status Message - Asking for clicks and visits allowed, multi languages allowed, but inappropriate and bad language NOT allowed. Violators will get their status message privilage revoked.
